Wrexham County Borough Council broadcasts most of its Council meetings via the internet, and it keeps an archive of previous meetings available online. These are publicly accessible here.

However, the written minutes from each meeting are significantly "trimmed" - and lack such detail as exactly "whom said what".

Thanks to our tireless volunteers, we have transcribed the content of the relevant webcasts, so that there is a permanent record of the exact statements made by the Councillors who have spoken at these meetings. We consider having this information on hand a real benefit should we ever need to escalate our complaints to a higher level, or directly challenge any statements that might be made in the future.

Here are all meetings since January 2016 that we've been able to transcribe so far. Please note that we are only transcribing meetings where Grove Park School is discussed.

Some webcasts have absolutely appalling audio problems. These problems don't seem to have been resolved over the many months we've been watching the webcasts. We would advise Wrexham Council to re-consider its contract with the Public-i Group Ltd if they are unable to provide a fully working system.
